How is Align different from LinkedIn Recruiter or Hiretual?

Are my client JDs visible to anyone else?
No. JDs uploaded by agencies are always private to your workspace — never appearing on a public board, in another agency's view, or in candidate-facing search. This is true on every plan, including Free. The Private plan adds full candidate exclusivity on top.
What happens when Align contacts my candidates (Standard plan)?
About an hour after you upload, Align emails the candidate referencing your agency relationship: "{Your agency} is working with you on opportunities — want Align to surface other relevant roles too?" If they say yes, they enter Align's shared talent pool, where other companies' jobs can match them. If they say no, they stay private to your workspace and you can still score them against any JD. Candidates can opt out at any time.
Can I use Align alongside my ATS?
Yes — Align is designed to sit alongside Bullhorn, Loxo, Greenhouse, Workday, and others. Native integrations with Greenhouse and Workday are launching soon; in the meantime, most agencies paste JDs in directly. Nothing in your ATS changes.
